3. Booking and Reservations
3.1 Booking Process
When booking a service, the following requirements must be met:
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Submission of correct and comprehensive information
- Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions
- Granting access to the property at agreed times
3.2 Confirmation
Confirmation of your service reservation is given solely after our written acknowledgment. We honor the right to decline service to any individual at our own discretion.

Availability of services is dependent on the accessibility of technicians and site conditions. We will strive to accommodate your service requests on your preferred dates and times.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
All prices are quoted in £ and comprise applicable taxes, except as otherwise indicated. Prices are subject to modification without prior notification.
4.2 Payment Schedule
- Emergency services: Payment is expected upon job completion
- Projects exceeding £1,000: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking
- Final payment: Due upon completion of the project
- Additional expenses (if any): Due at the time of service completion
4.3 Payment Methods
We accept several payment methods, including most credit cards, bank transfers, and bank-issued checks. Payment processing is conducted using secure encryption.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Customer Cancellations
- With more than 48 hours before service: Fully refundable deposit
- Between 24 to 48 hours before service: Partial refund of 50% of deposit
- Less than 24 hours before service: Deposit is non-refundable
- Cancellation of emergency services: incurs a £100 cancellation charge
5.2 Emergency Service Guarantee
In the case of emergency services, we pledge a response time within 2 hours. If this response time isn't met due to extenuating factors, we will:
- Apply a 20% discount to the cost of service
- Assign priority to your service for the next availability
5.3 Project Delays
Should project delays occur because of unexpected site circumstances or material availability, we will communicate alternative timelines and make necessary schedule adjustments.
6. Safety and Site Conduct
6.1 Safety Requirements
Property owners are obligated to:
- Ensure secure and unobstructed access to work sites
- Report any potential hazards or dangerous materials
- Ensure children and pets are kept at a safe distance from work spaces
- Adhere to safety instructions from technicians
6.2 Site Preparation
Customers are responsible for:
- Removing personal items from work areas
- Provision of ample working space
- Securing animals during service
- Notifying neighbors about impending work
6.3 Conduct
Customers must maintain a safe work environment. We retain the right to halt services if site conditions are deemed dangerous for our technicians or the property.
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 Our Liability
Our liability is confined to the fees paid for the service. We aren't responsible for:
- Existing plumbing issues
- Problems arising from concealed defects
- Secondary damages resulting from service interruptions
- Complications due to improper maintenance
7.2 Insurance Coverage
We maintain extensive liability insurance for our work and operations. Property insurance obligations rest with the customers.
7.3 Warranty
Workmanship warranties are provided as outlined in your service agreement. Warranties for materials and equipment are as provided by the manufacturers.
8. Modifications and Project Changes
We reserve the authority to alter project plans based on on-site assessments, building regulations, or material accessibility. Any changes will be communicated for approval prior to being acted upon.
9. Force Majeure
We absolve liability for service disruptions, delays, or alterations resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather conditions
- Natural catastrophes
- Government mandates
- Interruptions in utility services
- Supply chain issues for materials

11. Intellectual Property
